Description: This class focuses on delving more deeply into racial identity as a way to understand unearned privilege. The goal is to create a deeper level of engagement and understanding of diversity and inclusion. Like the Multicultural Fluency class, we create a safe space for a very interactive exploratory experience. The class includes 20 minutes of pre-work reading and reflection, followed by an in-class session. Registration closes one week prior to class. Pre-work will be emailed to all registrants. We highly recommend that you attend Multicultural Fluency before enrolling in this class. Contact us if you have concerns or questions about the recommendation.
